Utsav Chowk is one of the famous landmarks of Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
Utsav Chowk looks like a Roman ancient place. This is the "Esplanade" of Kharghar. A nice place for a quiet walk. To visit in the evening to watch It's Romanian design come alive by It's fountain and lighting.
